If in the future, PartTrade.com, decides to alter or change any or all the terms of this agreement, we will do so without any notification to our customers. By continuation of use of our services, even after changes have been made to this agreement, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Visitor Agreement. We bring together the buyers and sellers of automotive parts by providing a user friendly environment for auto part listing. The information that you find is supplied by the seller and PartTrade.com is not responsible for any wrong or misleading information. You are encouraged to research the price and other important information about a particular auto part and make negotiation with the seller. The price may not include shipping and handling and taxes which may add to the final price of the particular item. Though we hope that all who come to PartTrade.com will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we can't verify the information supplied by the sellers or guarantee the auto parts they offer. We can not guarantee the payment method and its validity to the seller by the buyer. As a seller, you must be prepared to sell the item you have listed at the price and with the terms you have listed it. You, the sellers, are responsible for the accuracy of the material you post and for that, we hope that you treat our users with dignity, fairness and honor. By placing an ad through our services, you agree to pay the fees specified for the package you select, regardless of whether your auto part sells as a result of the listing.
